Is it easy to return items?

Yes! Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions to return your item(s) via email.

Are returns free? 

No, returns aren't free. We are proud to offer free shipping on domestic orders over $75, easy returns, and instant exchanges. When you make a return and use one of our prepaid return labels, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We pass on our negotiated carrier rates to you so that it's as affordable as possible.

I received the wrong item. What steps do I take to receive the correct item? 

Please contact us at help@calpaks.com with your order number to resolve the issue.

What if something is wrong with my item? 

Most of our products are guaranteed by warranty against all defective workmanship and/or materials. If you feel you've received a defective item, please contact us at help@calpaks.com with photos of the damaged product and your order number to determine next steps. 

What items are returnable?

We accept returns of unused products within 15 calendar days of receipt of your order.

Returned products must have its original packaging and an uncut hangtag. Each returned item must not show any sign of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. We reserve the right to reject any returned items with personal contents left inside the product, as it could indicate signs of use.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Used items showing any sign of use, wear or tear.

Can I return a gift card? 

Physical and e-gift cards are not refundable and cannot be changed or canceled.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned items are received and inspected, you will receive your refund within 7-10 business days from the date your return is processed.
